2013 Germany Moto Grand Prix – Who’s Up for some Adrenalin

Why hello there fellow riders? How’s the riding going? Enjoying the company of your lovely motorcycle on your journeys?

Great! Then you will simply love this blogpost as it will take you on a rollll!

Have you heard about the Moto GP? Of course you have, silly me.

Bring on the drum rolls, as the MotoGP Grand Prix is now going to Germany. Officially known as the Eni Motorrad Grand Prix Deutschland in Germany, this race is going to be held in Sachsenring on July 14th, 2013. Which is just a week away!

The Race Track is quite old, having been built in 1925 and has been witness to many a races. The MotoGP was held in this track for the first time in 1998. If you ever want to witness a race, that is slow and yet extremely nail-biting, then this is your venue. The track is one of the slower tracks on the MotoGP circuit but because of its various tight corners and curves, the action never dies. You are gripping your seat in anticipation of what comes next. Although, that usually happens in every race, in this one a but more than usual.

And since we all wait in subdued anticipation, the racers are preparing for a race, that could be another feather in their cap or maybe a serious injury (let’s hope not!)

Did you know that this race Track also held Car Races that were in a league of their own. Strange right? Here’s another one, and this is even stranger. The original Circuit hosted a GP event from 1961 until 1972 (12 long years) after which it was considered too risque for Grand Prix Racing. Dangerous? What do they qualify as dangerous?!

While you prepare the popcorns or parties for the next MotoGP event, we suggest that you get a racer’s wardrobe. Who says you can’t wear one! Even if you don’t race in MotoGP, your heart sure as hell does lie in it!
