We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible. We will do our best to make that happen!


Estimated Shipping Time

When you purchase online, one of the most common questions is to know when you will receive your package and maybe even learn the courier used.

Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. Items will have availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page.

When a product is marked "In Stock - Ships Within 24 Hours" these products will ship same or next day from one of our distribution centers.

The estimated delivery date is an estimate only and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time. As this is an estimate only, Burn Out Italy cannot refund shipping charges for shipments arriving past the estimated delivery date.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.


Delivery Policy

Packages will require a signature.

To facilitate delivery, it is very important to provide an address where someone will be present from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday and provide a telephone number that can be used by our staff (for information regarding your order) or by the courier in the event he has trouble delivering your order. 

Are you often away from home? .. during the purchasing process, you can change the delivery address. Take into consideration the opportunity to have your order delivered to your workplace or indicate the store or the office of a friend.


Shipping to PO Boxes

Burn Out Italy is usually unable to ship to PO boxes. Many Post Offices will not accept larger parcels and will return such packages to the sender, a process that can take several weeks. If you provide a PO Box as your shipping address, the Customer Service Team will contact you for a complete street shipping address.


Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel an order (or a part of an order), send an email to Please be sure to provide us with the order ID! works extremely hard to fill orders in the shortest amount of time possible. Orders may be cancelled with no restocking fee within one hour of being placed. After one hour, cancelled orders are subject to restocking fees of 20% of the merchandise value. 

Why does charge restocking fees on cancelled orders? We return all cancelled products to the manufacturer and in doing so face two charges: the cost to return the item to the manufacturer and a restocking fee charged to us by the manufacturer. will cover this return shipping expense but we pass on a portion of the restocking fee charged to us by the manufacturer.
